Eighteen years of selling, leading, and learning.

I'm a results-driven sales executive with 18 years of enterprise field experience and a track record of leading high-performing teams. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — helping organizations rethink legacy approaches while aligning investment, adoption, and measurable outcomes at scale.

Today, I lead large enterprise partnerships across the Federal Public Sector at LinkedIn, working with senior government executives to modernize talent, skills, and workforce strategy using data-driven SaaS solutions. I've spent the last decade at LinkedIn across multiple senior roles, preceded by enterprise sales careers at IBM, Dell, and Lenovo.

Across every role, the through-line has been the same: build C-suite trust, drive predictable revenue, mentor the next generation of sellers. I recently completed an MBA at Toronto Metropolitan University. I speak at industry events on enterprise sales, public-sector transformation, and AI and the future of work — and at post-secondary institutions, non-profit groups, and youth organizations on success, mindset, and motivation.

How I think about the work.

A few principles that have held up across two decades, five companies, and a thousand sales conversations.

— No. 01
Solve the business problem. The deal follows.
A great sales executive isn't selling a product — they're diagnosing a problem, framing the options, and helping an organization make a decision that moves it forward. Get the problem right and the contract becomes the easiest part of the conversation.
— No. 02
Strategy is what separates the sales executive from the salesperson.
The transactional seller chases the line item. The strategic executive maps the buyer's politics, the second-order effects of every decision, and the case the customer will defend internally for the next two years. That's the work — and it's why senior leaders return calls.
— No. 03
Coaching is two responsibilities: teach and inspect.
Teach the rep the playbook — the deal math, the buyer dynamics, the why behind the how. Then inspect — pipeline, forecast, conversations — not to micromanage, but because what doesn't get inspected doesn't get improved. Both halves are non-negotiable.
— No. 04
Public-sector cycles are longer. The impact is generational.
Selling into government takes a patience most private-sector cycles never demand. But when the work lands — modernizing how a workforce develops, how services reach citizens — it shapes lives at a scale very little else does. It's the work I find most meaningful right now.
